Historical Note
Visitor Welcome Center was founded in 2016 by David Bell. It was located at 3006 W 7th St, Suite 200 in Koreatown, Los Angeles until closing in 2020. From 2020–2021, Bell curated an extension of the space through Arm Gallery, a tattooed rectancle on the forearm of artist John Burtle. The collection was donated by David Bell.
