"August 27th Chestnut Lodge caught on fire and was leveled. This incident occurred in the evening and the perpetrators are unknown. The founders of the space believe it to be intentional planned arsenal act in order to receive insurance money and evict the tenants. 

Chestnut Lodge was a home alternative venue space that hosted a variety of artistic activity often performance and music."
