an exploration of the history and present-day reality of Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles, which contains one of the largest stable populations of homeless people in the US. featuring interviews with Adam Murray, Executive Director of the Inner City Law Center, a non-profit law firm that provides legal services to the homeless and most vulnerable, Suzette Shaw, a resident of Skid Row and community advocate, and Maria Octo, founder of the LA chapter of Burrito Project, an initiative to feed the homeless.
