HOUNDS OF LOVE is an experimental essay-zine and the textual companion to A TIRED DOG IS A GOOD DOG, PART TWO at Human Resources Los Angeles in November 2024.. This is the second book in the TIRED DOG series.

HOUNDS extends Matthew Lax’s films and research on dog-training, dog-breeding and puppy play, with analyses of Toco, Lassie, Sam Fuller’s White Dog (1982), Hervé Guibert’s Les Chiens, Donna Haraway and Francis Alÿs.
