LACA

The book Osmosis works as an extension of Miguel Palma’s homonymous installation presented both at Bloomberg Space, London, and at BES Arte & Finança, Lisbon. It compiles several essays, an interview and a series of scientific data about the piece.

For this publication, the intention was to enhance the scientific approach of Miguel Palma’s piece not only by playing with the idea of transparency (through the materials chosen), but also by creating a symbol which synthesizes the process of osmosis. This symbol became a central image of both the cover and brochure developed for the exhibition.
